Energy Management System used in a manufacturing plant or business facility helps to control and optimize energy consumption. It provides analysis of meter data, monitors usage patterns, estimates and helps reduce energy costs. Alarms and notifications are configured for events like usage limit, total consumption, and drop in efficiency. The system provides predictive maintenance alerts, production tracking and calculation of specific energy consumption, efficiency, losses, power factors and predictive consumption of individual equipment. Bi-directional communication allows operators to remotely control the actuators for individual plant equipment.
Mobile App for iOS and Android to monitor, control and calibrate the drives for industrial pumps. App also allows users to create and edit programs for the pump. The app acquires parameters like speed, direction of rotation and any error from the pump and allows operators to set the values for speed and flow. Parameters such as pressure, flow, vibration, bearing & winding temperatures and energy are also acquired and stored on the server to analyze the operational behavior of the pump and provide condition based maintenance. Alerts through notifications and email enable early attention to potential problems resulting in reduced down time.
A cloud based solution that monitors threats to safety and security of critical locations ranging from bank ATMs to wind farms. Security cards installed at each location are capable of acquiring data about intrusion, motion, fire, gas-leakage, and temperature. cards continuously send this data to the server for monitoring and analysis. Video surveillance cameras with two-way talk capability are also integrated. Automated alerts are generated on threat detection based on events such as motion, intrusion, camera tamper, and noise. Video recordings are stored in the cloud and are automatically linked with events. The system also enables remote operations to turn devices on/off, lock/unlock doors etc.
Health Watch app helps patients suffering from seizures to get timely medical aid and avert risk to life. The mobile app pairs with a smart watch, receives seizure events detected by the watch, reports them to appropriate contacts and stores the event on the server. It also facilitates remote configuration and monitoring of the watch. The App collects abnormal motion data and emergency alerts from the watch and analyzes this data for events detection with severity assessment. When severe events are identified, app initiates automatic actions such as sending text messages with patient’s location information or dial a phone call to configured contacts. Local data on the phone is synchronized with the cloud when network is available.
A complete Home Automation framework allows users to connect and manage all intelligent devices at home including smart bulbs, smart plugs and video cameras. It enables provisioning and configuration of connected devices, scenarios and triggers based on events detected by smart phones (such as the user entering the home). Remote access to Wi-Fi enabled devices through internet is provided. Real-time audio and video streaming is available on user’s smartphone, tablet or PC with a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection. Motions are automatically detected & flagged and messages delivered on users’ mobile or E-mail.
